What this website is
This site describes Culvion's products and lets you contact us. Content here — including illustrative scenarios, pilot targets and roadmap items — is for information. It is not a warranty, a commitment to deliver a specific feature, or an offer capable of acceptance.
Acceptable use
Use of the site and services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it may result in suspension.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you send us. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you — to store, process and transmit it. You are responsible for having the rights to the data you provide, and for the lawfulness of any contact data you upload.
AI-generated output
Parts of the service generate text using AI models. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Do not rely on it as legal, financial, medical or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it or sending it to a third party.
Communications compliance
If you use Culvion to contact people, you are responsible for the lawfulness of those communications — including consent, do-not-call and quiet-hours rules in the recipient's jurisdiction. Culvion enforces several such controls in code, but that enforcement supports your compliance; it does not replace it.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on the website. Any service-level commitment is in your written order form, not here.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for a material breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Governing law
The governing law and courts will be stated in the order form presented before any paid service begins.
