This policy applies to everyone using the Culvion website or services. Breaching it may lead to suspension.
Do not
- Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
- Contact people without a lawful basis, or in breach of do-not-call, do-not-disturb, consent or quiet-hours rules that apply to them.
- Send messages that misrepresent who is calling or writing, or conceal that the sender is an AI agent where disclosure is required.
- Upload personal data you have no right to process.
- Use the service to generate content that is deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that facilitates fraud, malware or intrusion.
- Attempt to access another tenant's data, probe or bypass our access controls, or interfere with the service's availability.
- Scrape, resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.
- Reverse-engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
Special rules for AI-generated communication
Culvion can generate and send messages on your behalf. You must:
- disclose AI involvement where the recipient's jurisdiction requires it;
- honour opt-outs promptly, including mid-conversation;
- keep records of the consent you relied on;
- review output before it is used in a regulated or high-stakes context.
Security research
We welcome good-faith reports. Email security@culvion.ai. Do not access data that is not yours, degrade the service, or publish a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it.
